Overview

In the FAMSYS all reports are generated On the fly, so there’s no need for a recalculation procedure to calculate values for the reports. User can open any report and get the most up to date values directly from the transaction tables.

All report are exportable to PDF, XLS, and Word documents.

Procurement Process Reports

PR (Outstanding, Finish)

Outstanding: displays all PR that are still outstanding, all items requested are not fully delivered

Finish: displays all PR that are done, all items requested are fully delivered

PO (Outstanding, Finish)

Outstanding: displays all PO that are still outstanding, all items requested are not fully received

Finish: displays all PO that are done, all items requested are fully received

Invoice (Outstanding, Finish)

Outstanding: displays all Invoice that are still outstanding, items are not registered to Asset or Stock Inventory

Finish: displays all Invoice that are done, items are registered to Asset or Stock Inventory

 

Fixed Asset Reports

List Fixed Asset

Displays currently registered fixed asset globally. Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type.

Monthly Depreciation Report

Display currently registered fixed asset globally, with monthly depreciation, and current accumulated depreciation, and book value. Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type.

Monthly Depreciation Detail Report

Display currently registered fixed asset in detail, with monthly depreciation, and current accumulated depreciation, and book value. Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type.

Depreciation Recap Report

Display currently registered fixed asset globally recapitulate and grouped by asset category. Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type.

Detail Report

Display currently registered fixed asset in detail briefly with current accumulated depreciation, and book value. Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type.

Monthly Depreciation Recap Report

Display currently registered fixed asset globally recapitulate and grouped by asset category, with monthly depreciation values. Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type.

Movement Report

Display currently registered fixed asset globally recapitulate and grouped by asset category Filter by End Date, Branch, Asset Category and Type, split for acquisition cost ..
